Nicholas Adatsi discovered his passion and talent for photography in 2012 as an undergraduate student at the University of Cape Coast. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science in 2015. He has been a full time documentary photographer since then and works with both local and international organisations.
The approach to his personal works is inspired by his environment and everyday people, weaving their stories into compelling images.
Nicholas’ works hold a mirror to society, unearthing developmental issues in Ghana, and Africa, while contributing to the global conversation through visual storytelling in the field of health, agriculture, economy, environmental activism, education and children's welfare.
He considers himself a time traveller, capturing and documenting the awing power of creative expressions, and taking you back in time to see the world through his visuals.
